01 — Taxes and Service Charge Information
Rates Include 14% VAT, 12% Service Charge, 1% City Tax
02 — Cancellation & Refund Policy
Daily Programs & Experiences
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy for day programs is as follows:
- Full Refund — Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the booked date
- 50% Refund — Cancellation made 24 hours prior to the booked date
- No Refund — Cancellation made on the day of the trip, or in the event of a no-show
Weather & Safety Conditions — In the event of unfavorable weather or safety conditions, Ozirea Island reserves the right to reschedule or issue a full refund. Guest safety is always our priority.
Accommodation — One Night & Above
- Modifications and cancellations are complimentary when requested 7 or more days prior to arrival
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay
- No-show reservations will be charged the full amount of the booked stay
03 — Guarantee & Payment Policy
Payment is to be settled in accordance with the option date confirmed by Ozirea Island. All payments are processed via bank transfer or secure instant payment link.
Kindly note that any credit card provided at the time of reservation serves as a guarantee only, and will be applied solely in the event of cancellation or no-show, in full accordance with our booking and cancellation policy.
04 — General Guest Guidelines
To ensure a seamless, safe, and truly memorable experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- Valid Identification — A valid Egyptian ID is required for Egyptian nationals. International guests are kindly requested to present a valid passport or a clear digital copy on the day of their visit or arrival
- Check-In Procedure — Upon arrival, please ensure you check in with the Ozirea Island team before proceeding to the boats
- Outside Food & Beverages — For the comfort and safety of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted on the island
- Dress Code — Appropriate swimwear is required to be worn at all times during your visit
- Pets — We kindly ask that pets not be brought to the island
- Sailing Hours — In accordance with Red Sea maritime regulations, sailing is not permitted after 07:00 PM
- Transfer Times — Alternative pick-up or drop-off times are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply and advance notice is kindly required
- Environmental Responsibility — We ask all guests to respect our environmental and safety guidelines, helping us preserve the natural beauty of the Red Sea for generations to come
